Extra Innings offers comprehensive indoor baseball clinics throughout the year for players ages 7-17. These clinics emphasize off season fundamental improvement for young players to enhance their baseball skills and to gain a competitive advantage.
Participation is limited to assure quality instruction.
Summer Baseball Pitching Clinic
This clinic will cover mechanics, control, mental and physical preparation. You will learn arm conditioning and arm care. Pitchers will learn all about good core balance, proper throwing motion, footwork, weight transfer, torque and the importance of muscle memory. We will break down the player’s mechanics and give them drills to help them understand what it takes to throw strikes consistently. Space is limited! Please register early.
