Tony Nicely – Pittsburgh PiratesNative of Meadowdale. In high school was selected first team all city and all state. Was drafted out of high school in the first round, eighteenth overall, by the Pittsburgh Pirates. Played in the Minor League system from 1977 to 1980 where he made numerous all star teams and had attended Major League Camps. Career was cut short due to a shoulder injury. In 2003 attended a baseball fantasy camp at Dodgertown in Vero Beach Florida where he was awarded the MVP of the camp. Coached numerous years at Rice Field in Miamisburg and gave private instruction. Tony was an assistant coach for five years for the Freshman Baseball team at Miamisburg High School. He umpired several years for traveling teams and all star teams. |

Laurie Machuga Grile – Extra Innings InstructorIn 2006, Laurie was inducted to the Allegheny College Athletic Hall of Fame in Meadville, PA. Laurie was one of the best pitchers in Division III. She established six NCAA game, season, and career records, including strikeouts in a game (19), strikeouts in a season (307), and strikeouts in a career (1,025). Laurie pitched 75 straight shutout innings during the 1994 season. Laurie also racked up 46 shutouts, 12 No-Hitters and 3 perfect games throughout her career and was a Four-Time All-American. Laurie will be available to teach pitching, Hitting, Fielding, and catching.. |

Jerry Salyers – Extra Innings InstructorInvolved in baseball for 50 years. Manager of Four (4) National Champions ages 13-17 year olds in 1991, 1994, 2001, and 2006. Jerry is the National Director with the NABF. Jerry was the Assistant coach at the University of Dayton and Associate Scout with the Cleveland Indians. Jerry is the Ohio Valley Regional Director responsible for association growth in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and West Virgina. Jerry will be available to teach Hitting, Pitching, Fielding, and Catching. |

Karisa Evans – Ohio State UniversityKarisa played 4 years at Ohio State. She had a .338 career batting average, which tied her for sixth-best in school history. Karisa was the fourth-toughest Buckeye to strike out. She ranked among the national leaders in sacrifice bunts. Karisa will teach Hitting, Fielding, and Catching. |

Rob Cooper – Head Coach Wright State UniversityRob is the Head Baseball Coach at Wright State University. Rob earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Miami in 1994 and a Master's in sports science/administration from there in 1996. Rob played three seasons for Sacramento City College and one season for the University of Miami. Rob was the Associate Scout for the Los Angeles Dodgers. Rob has coached his teams to the NCAA Postseason with University of Miami, Tulane University, and Oral Roberts University. Rob will be a great addition to Extrainnings. He will be available to teach in all areas of the game. |

Tim Nicely – West Carrollton High SchoolTim graduated from West Carrollton High School in 1980. Tim made first team all MCC, and All Area for three straight years. He played on several All Star teams and played in Puerto Rico for a month. He had tryouts with the Cincinnati Reds and the Pittsburgh Pirates. Tim coached in the Southwest Traveling League with 11, 12, and 13 year olds. The teams were from Cincinnati, Mason, Lebanon, Bellbrook, and Centerville. Tim will be available to teach Pitchers, Catchers, and Hitting. |

Dan Mote – Extra Innings InstructorDan is a well recognized name in Miami Valley baseball. For more than 20 years, he coached teams at Miamisburg High School to several league, divisional and sectional titles. He also coached several summer select teams in the area. He was recognized as an AFLAC Assistant Coach of the Year in 2000. Mote was a standout Player at Miamisburg High School graduating in 1976. His success as a baseball and basketball player were recognized in 2000 with his induction into the MHS Athletic Hall of Fame. Dan will be available to teach Pitching, Catching, Hitting, and Fielding. |

Catrina Crisp Harmon – Extra Innings InstructorCatrina graduated from Queens College in 2001 with a degree in Biology. In 2005 she graduated from the University of Tennessee medical school. She holds numerous records at Queens college. Career batting average .396, career strikeouts 546, and career shutouts 21. Catrina will be available to teach Pitching, Hitting, Fielding, and catching. |

Kyle Geswein – Assistant Baseball Coach Wight State UniversityKyle started 4 years at Michigan State University. He holds the career Home Run record. Played 2 years of professional baseball for the Frontier league. Kyle was drafted in 1998 by the New York Yankees. Kyle will be available to teach Hitting,Catching, Fielding, and Pitching. |

Tiffany Ward – University of DaytonTiffany played two seasons for Dayton after transferring from Tiffin University. In her first season at UD in 2002, she led the Flyers in RBIs and triples. She was second on the team with seven doubles. Tiffany will teach Hitting and Fielding. |

Brad Correll – Boston Red SoxHe is a outfielder in the minors for the Boston Red Sox. Brad was drafted in 2002 by the Reds. He played for the Dayton Dragons and had 8 Homeruns and 48 RBI's. He has played for the Pirates, Phillies, and currently with Boston. This year he hit 4 Homeruns in one game. Brad has hit 79 Homeruns in the Minors. He will be available to teach Hitting, Fielding, Catching, and Pitching. |

He holds the all time records for most hits,doubles, and runs scored at St. Bonaventure University. He is currently the assistant baseball coach at Cedarville University. Bob Thomas - Kentucky Christian CollegeBob won 3 championships coaching youth baseball. Attended several camps held by the Cincinnati Reds learning the proper way to play each position. Five years experience recruiting High school athletes. He has written two books to help high school students and athletes increase their chances of being accepted at a college of their choice and qualify for scholarships. Bob can teach hitting, pitching, fielding. |

Ashley Schenck - Eastern Kentucky UniversityAshley pitched for Miamisburg Varsity softball team for three years. She holds many records. She played Division 1 softball for Eastern Kentucky University. In her four years of playing for EKU, the team was OVC Champions twice and made appearances in the NCAA Regional Tournament twice. Ashley will be available to teach pitching. |

Brett Sutton - Assistant Coach Fairmont High SchoolBrett is a 2002 graduate of Kettering High School where he was an All-Conference stand-out. He currently holds school records for most consecutive games played in a season and the highest career fielding percentage of .998. After high school, Brett went to Ohio University where he had a brief stint playing baseball before an injury. He earned a bachelor's degree in Education. Brett will be available to teach hitting, fielding, and pitching. |

Brad Clark - University of DaytonBrad was a 1st Team Academic All-Ohio pitcher in high school for the Miamisburg Vikings from 2002-2006. Brad was awarded the most improved player award in 2006, a season in which he went 7-2 with a 3.12 ERA. Brad now plays for the Dayton Rangers and lead the team in doubles and making the all-star team as a pitcher and 3rd baseman. Brad attends the University of Dayton and studies Exercise Science and Fitness Management. Brad has done numerous lessons and clinics at Extra Innings. Brad will be available to teach Pitching, Hitting, Fielding, and Catching. |

Corey Throckmorton - Sinclair Community CollegeCorey was a four year varsity letterman from Miamisburg high school. He made the All League Team all four years, and All Conference for three years. Corey finished his first year at Sinclair where he led the team in hitting and also made All Conference as a catcher. He has played for the Rawlings Nationals, and Patterson Park Dayton Classics. Corey will be available to teach Catching, Hitting, and Fielding. |
